San Francisco partners David Gold and Zane Gresham have been named to the Daily Journal’s list of top development lawyers. This is the second time each has appeared on the list.
David was honored for his work in securing final approval for Apple’s 3.4 million square-foot Campus 2 project in Cupertino, as well as for his work with First Solar on its utility scale solar projects throughout California.
Zane was recognized for his work in advising a consortium of major airlines in successful negotiations with the Puerto Rico Ports Authority, Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority, and Aerostar Airport Holdings in securing FAA approval of the privatization of the San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
