On July 10, London associate Keily Blair received the 2015 Future Leaders Award at the sixth annual Women in the City Symposium and Awards Ceremony, held in the Old Library at the Lloyd’s Building in London.

An associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Litigation Department, Ms. Blair represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions by domestic and international regulators and agencies. She also has considerable experience in anti-corruption matters and regularly provides training and commentary on anti-corruption issues.

Ms. Blair co-chairs the MoWomen London Affinity Group and helped establish a lean in circle in the London office. She is also involved in various mentoring programs and has blogged for the CityMothers network.

“I am honored and grateful to receive this award,” Ms. Blair said. “The Women in the City Future Leaders Award has increased the visibility of women in the workplace as leaders. I will use this award as a platform to inspire future generations of women in the city to seek out and adopt leadership roles within their organizations and to encourage women to be the change they want in the world.”

Sponsored by Capgemini, ICAEW, and HSBC, the Women in the City Future Leaders Awards honor exceptional women and future leaders.

In receiving the award, Ms. Blair was selected from a shortlist of 10 outstanding candidates.

“[Keily’s] determination to be a visible and authentic leader who stands for diversity and integrity, as well as actively engaging with a variety of groups and initiatives is what sets Keily apart from the crowd,” said Gwen Rhys, CEO of Networking Culture Ltd and founder of Women in the City.
