MoFo Advises Imprint Capital in its sale to Goldman Sachs

Imprint Capital Advisors LLC, an impact investing firm, has announced an agreement to be acquired by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), the asset management business of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., as detailed in the press release.

Morrison & Foerster advised Imprint in the deal with a corporate team led by San Francisco partner Suz Mac Cormac with assistance from San Francisco partner Andrew Winden, Los Angeles Senior Of Counsel Hillel Cohn and San Francisco associate Lisa Bozman. Advice was also provided by Palo Alto benefits and compensation partner Mike Frank and associate Ali Nardali, San Francisco tax partner Bernie Pistillo, San Francisco employment partner Eric Tate and associate Amber Shubin.
