MoFo Advises Tele Columbus on its acquisition of Pepcom

Third-largest German cable network operator expands customer base to 3.7 million households

Morrison & Foerster advised Tele Columbus AG on the acquisition of the fourth-largest German cable network operator Pepcom from Star Capital as detailed in the press release issued by Tele Columbus. The transaction, valued at EUR 608 million, will allow Tele Columbus to supply 3.7 million households with cable in Germany.  Morrison & Foerster also recently advised Tele Columbus on its acquisition of PrimaCom.

The Morrison & Foerster Germany team was led by partners Christoph Wagner, Andreas Grünwald, and Jörg Meißner with associates Chung-Hun Daniel Kim, Felix Helmstädter, Jens Hackl and Christoph Nüßing.
