For the second year in a row, Morrison & Foerster was named to the Financial Times’ list of the 25 most innovative international firms in Asia. The firm’s work representing Global Logistic Properties on its strategic partnership to form a Hong Kong subsidiary, China Holdco, was also “highly commended.”
The recognized matters were selected from 494 submissions and nominations for their originality, the rationale behind the work, and the impact of the outcome.
