MoFo Hosts Diversity in Action Career Bootcamp

09 Nov 2015

On November 4, Morrison & Foerster and Accenture sponsored the “Diversity in Action: Career Bootcamp.” MoFo and Accenture partnered with Ms. JD and diverse bar associations to host more than 60 law students and practicing attorneys in our New York office.

The evening opened with a general session on career paths, which was followed by smaller group discussions that focused on the experience of working within a law firm, in house, or at a nonprofit organization.

Panelists shared their personal success stories, offered industry insights, and discussed strategies for success as diverse professionals within the legal community.

Speakers included MoFo partners Chris Ford, LaShann DeArcy, and Miriam Wugmeister, as well as Chad Jerdee, general counsel of Accenture and Diane Lucas of the Civil Rights Bureau.
