At its 2014 USA Awards, Chambers and Partners presented Morrison & Foerster with a Client Service Award for its Corporate and M&A work. The organization notes, “Client Service awards go to firms who have been consistently singled out by clients during the course of our research for the quality and range of their client service.” The awards were only given to firms in four select practice areas.
Chambers went on to mention that, “Morrison & Foerster has recently handled some phenomenally high value and sophisticated deals, including the closing of SoftBank's $21.6 billion acquisition of a 78% share of wireless operator Sprint.
