Morrison & Foerster Advises Korn/Ferry on its Acquisition of Hay Group

Morrison & Foerster is advising Korn/Ferry International in its acquisition of Hay Group for $452 million, as detailed in the company’s press release.  The Morrison & Foerster deal team was led by senior counsel Michael Cohen, of counsel Ben Chung and associates Jonathan Keen and Adam Westhead.
