MoFo News Item

The National Law Journal has named Morrison & Foerster partner Harold McElhinny to its list of 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America. The list is described as "100 lawyers in the United States who have shaped the legal world through their work in the courtroom, at the negotiating table, in the classroom or on Capitol Hill. They have taken on major legal battles and orchestrated the biggest corporate deals. They've tackled unpopular causes and helped run giant international companies."

The National Law Journal writes, "Harold McElhinny, 66, cut his chops in the courtroom long before the dot-com boom, but his jury charming skills have made him much sought after when technology companies fight over patents."

The individual lawyers recognized were selected by the editors of the National Law Journal, based upon nominations from the legal community. The entire list was published in the March 25, 2013 issue of the National Law Journal and is available online at
