Morrison & Foerster Contributes to New Book on Asset Tracing

London,  8 January 2010 – Lawyers from Morrison & Foerster have contributed to a new treatise called “International Asset Tracing in Insolvency”, published by Oxford University Press in January 2010.

The new text, which is edited by Felicity Toube, Barrister at 3-4 South Square, is the only detailed work to focus on asset tracing in insolvency.  It addresses the law of insolvency and asset tracing in six jurisdictions (England, USA, Jersey, Guernsey, BVI and Cayman Islands) and provides an asset tracing toolkit with primary legal questions answered and various forensic approaches considered.

Morrison & Foerster has contributed chapters on asset tracing and insolvency law in England and Wales (Kevin Roberts and Jonathan Wheeler, in London) and asset recovery powers of participants in the U.S. bankruptcy process (Gary Lee, Erica Richards and Stacy Molison, in New York).

The team of authors further includes forensic accountants, solicitors and barristers who are excellently qualified to provide the necessary mix of legal and practical content to cover all of the specialist elements of work in this field.
