An Industry-Leading IP Litigation Practice

MoFo’s IP Litigation Group covers all aspects of intellectual property disputes, from complex patent litigation to trademark and interference matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. With over 300 IP attorneys — half of whom are litigators — the group is one of the largest and most respected in the world.

The addition of six new litigators highlights an ongoing strategic investment in deepening our IP litigation bench, which last year included the addition of Mark Whitaker, David Manspeizer, and Greg Chopskie on the East Coast.
