The Federal Office for Preventing and Combating Corruption (Bundesamt zur Korruptionsprävention und Korruptionsbekämpfung) is the competent authority, although other authorities have also been appointed for specific sectors under the Act.”
Belgium
Several competent authorities, depending on the subject matter. If a competent authority has not been appointed for a specific sector, the Federal Ombudsmen will be the competent authority.

The National Integrity Agency. The Competent Authority may allocate reports to other public authorities for investigation.

Whistleblower Protection Office (appointed prior to national implementing laws coming into effect)

Sweden
