Alistair Maughan co-leads Morrison Foerster's European Technology and Commercial Practice. He delivers commercial contracts and technology-based projects for major companies and public sector organizations. He advises on:

We advised the UK Border Agency on its initial £297 million business process outsourcing contract, and the subsequent re-tendering of those outsourced arrangements and transition to new service providers. Services in scope include the establishment of physical visa applications centres; provision of information services; and the secure transmission of all visa applicant details.  Over 200 countries are in-scope to receive services.
