Advised SoftBank as lead investor in a $1 billion+ investment round in UK-based autonomous driving company, Wayve. This is one of the largest ever investments in a UK-based AI company.
Advised Arm, the world’s leading semiconductor IP company, in connection with its IPO on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. With a total deal value of approximately $5.22 billion, this was the largest U.S.-based IPO to date in 2023.

Represented Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) on its successful private placement of €280 million Green Notes. The private placement is the first issuance under the Green Bond Framework established by TVO in the summer of 2023.
Advised Imerys, the French-listed world leader in mineral-based specialty solutions, on its joint venture with British Lithium to accelerate development of the UK’s largest lithium deposit. The joint venture will result in the UK’s first integrated producer of battery-grade lithium carbonate – with production targets that could supply 500,000 electric cars per year and fulfil two-thirds of Britain’s anticipated battery demand by 2030.

Represented Euler in negotiating the return of more than $220 million in digital assets for our client, three weeks after these assets were stolen, completing one of the largest recoveries in decentralized finance history.
Advised Kyowa Kirin on its acquisition of Orchard Therapeutics, a global gene therapy leader listed on NASDAQ. This complex cross-border deal required coordination between 60+ MoFo attorneys across nine offices globally.
