Ambarish is a partner in the Banking and Finance division at Morrison Foerster’s London office. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border syndicated lending, acquisition finance and a broad range of leveraged finance transactions.  

Ambarish regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on acquisition financings, unitranche facilities, bank and bridge loans, refinancings and other complex debt transactions across the capital structure. He also counsels financial institutions and private credit funds on sophisticated cross-border financings, including direct lending and bespoke credit solutions.
