Caitlin Cowan is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Corporate Group in London.

Caitlin advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters. This includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and general corporate advisory matters across a number of industry sectors including technology and media. She regularly works with businesses at the cutting edge of their industries on cross-border investments and acquisitions.

Caitlin holds both an LLB and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow. She is dual-qualified to practice in Scotland and England & Wales.
