Danielle Rich is an associate in the Employment + Labor Group of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

Danielle advises and defends companies that are dealing with a wide range of employment issues. A primary focus of Danielle’s practice is conducting labor and employment due diligence in connection with corporate transactions, and negotiating and drafting various employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements. Danielle routinely assists clients in a variety of employment matters, including employee performance management, wage-and-hour compliance, high-stakes terminations and reductions in force, discrimination and harassment policies and risk mitigation, and compliance with the prevailing wage laws.

Danielle has represented employers before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in other federal and state courts and agencies. She has successfully defended clients with claims of discrimination, defamation, retaliation, breach of contract, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle was an associate at an international AmLaw 100 law firm. While in law school, she worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable David A. Tapp in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and served as a senior articles editor for the Public Contract Law Journal.
