Emily Duffy is an associate in the firm’s London office and a member of the Litigation Group.

Emily advises clients on internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters and litigation. Her practice focuses on investigations and disputes regarding issues of bribery, compliance and corruption. Emily also has experience guiding companies through investigations relating to UK government contracts.

After receiving her LLB from the University of Bristol, Emily completed her LLM in Commercial Law with a specialist interest in corporate governance. Emily completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law with distinction.

During her training contract at Morrison Foerster, Emily also gained experience in the following practice areas: Employment, Corporate M&A, Tax and Finance. During this time, Emily spent six months seconded to the firm’s Singapore office.

Emily qualified as a solicitor in 2023 and is admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
