Gregor Gordon is an Of Counsel in our corporate practice in London.

Gregor has a range of private equity experience advising sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a number of domestic and international matters. Gregor has experience working on leveraged buyouts, co-investments, consortium deals, early-stage funding and management incentives.

Gregor works with private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and management teams in a range of sectors including financial services, technology and energy/industrial.

Gregor holds an honours degree in Scots Law from the University of Dundee and completed his diploma in professional legal practice at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

  • Macquarie Capital Principal Finance on its investment in Aryza, a leading global provider of case management and process automation software solutions for regulated industries serving the insolvency, credit, and debt recovery sectors.
  • Affiliates of WCAS and Managed Market Insights & Technology in connection with MMIT's $1.6 billion merger with Evaluate.
  • Prime Investors Capital on its disposal of Admiralty Arch to the Reuben Brothers.
