Gregor Gordon is an Of Counsel in our corporate practice in London.

Gregor has a range of private capital experience advising sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a number of domestic and international matters. Gregor has experience working on leveraged buyouts, co-investments, consortium deals, early-stage funding and management incentives, as well as hybrid capital solutions, including preferred equity, convertible notes and other equity/debt structures.

Gregor principally works with private equity houses, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and asset managers in a range of sectors including technology, financial services and sports.

Gregor holds an honours degree in Scots Law from the University of Dundee and completed his diploma in professional legal practice at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
