Holly Bambury is an associate based in the London office of Morrison Foerster and is a member of the Litigation Group.

Holly advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including complex fraud, banking and contractual disputes. She has experience representing leading European and UK-based banks and professional services companies in relation to large class actions and mis-selling claims. Holly has also advised organizations including fund managers and retail businesses in complex contractual disputes and insolvency matters.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Holly was an associate in the litigation team of a leading global law firm, where she focused primarily on financial services disputes and class actions, including one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases of 2022.

Holly studied History at the University of Cambridge and subsequently completed the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School with distinction.

Holly is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
