James Wong is an associate in the firm’s London office and a member of the Litigation Group.

James advises clients on complex, international, and high-profile commercial disputes in proceedings before the English courts and arbitral tribunals around the world. He also has experience acting as global counsel coordinating proceedings in other jurisdictions and conducting internal and regulatory investigations on behalf of clients.

James studied at the National University of Singapore and graduated with First Class Honours.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, he practiced at a magic circle law firm in London.

James is dual-qualified and admitted to practice law both in England and Wales and in Singapore.

James is also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and regularly engages with LGBTQ+ issues and events outside of work.
