Jane Xiu is an associate based in Morrison Foerster's London office and is a member of the firm's litigation group.

Jane advises clients on a range of complex and commercial litigation, international arbitration and investigatory matters. She has supported clients through complex investigations and assisted with IP disputes.

Jane studied biochemistry at King’s College London and subsequently completed the PGDL and LPC with distinction.

During her training contract at Morrison Foerster, Jane also gained experience in Real Estate Finance, non-contentious IP, TTG and Corporate M&A/Private Equity.

Jane is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and also speaks Mandarin.
