John is an associate in Morrison Foerster's Singapore office. He has extensive experience advising financial institutions, private credit funds, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on a range of complex cross-border finance matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, digital infrastructure finance and equity-linked finance.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, John worked at the Singapore office of a Magic Circle law firm and the London office of a leading U.S. law firm. John has also completed a secondment at a global investment bank in Singapore.

The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2026 has recognized John as a Recommended Lawyer for Banking & Finance in Singapore, where he was noted as “a key associate with impressive experience who is capable of running complex transactions."
