Lowrie Robertson is an associate based in Morrison Foerster’s London office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. Lowrie advises public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, on a broad range of transactional matters.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate counseling. She represents clients across the full transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and strategic investments, and regularly advises on corporate governance and day-to-day business matters.
Lowrie has experience advising clients across several industry sectors, including technology, life sciences, and financial services. Before joining Morrison Foerster, Lowrie advised leading global investment firm SoftBank as in-house counsel and legal vice president on cross-border investments, M&A transactions, portfolio company governance and disputes management. During this time, she also spent ten months on secondment as corporate counsel to Arm. Leveraging that experience, Lowrie provides client focused, commercially-forward and solutions orientated advice.
Lowrie is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
