Megan Lee is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Employment + Labor Group, based in the Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, with an emphasis on California wage-and-hour class actions and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act.

Megan represents employers in complex employment disputes involving wage-and-hour claims and other workplace issues. She assists clients throughout all stages of litigation, including case strategy, legal research, discovery, motion practice, and preparation for mediation and trial. Megan also counsels employers on developments in California employment law and strategies for mitigating litigation and compliance risks.

Prior to joining MoFo, Megan was an associate in the labor and employment practice of another international law firm in Los Angeles.

Megan earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she graduated with Moot Court Honors and served as a board member of the Womxn of Color Collective. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
