Oliver Henderson is an Of Counsel in the Banking and Finance division at Morrison Foerster’s London office. He has a range of experience advising on leveraged finance transactions, acquisition financings and bespoke debt arrangements.

Oliver regularly works with private equity sponsors, lenders and corporate borrowers. His experience includes public and private acquisition financings (corporate backed and leveraged) and general corporate debt financing, acting for lenders, borrowers and sponsors.
