Shaelyn is a dynamic trial lawyer with extensive experience litigating trade secrets, patent, and high-stakes commercial cases in federal and state courts across the country. Based in California, Shaelyn has handled high-profile matters for some of the world’s largest tech clients, including nearly a dozen federal and state trials. Before her time at Morrison Foerster, she served a two-year clerkship for Judge Evan J. Wallach at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Shaelyn has been featured in a number of industry publications, including Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under List – California” and shortlisted for Intellectual Property Women in Business Law award.
