Taylor Halby is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Diego office.
Taylor’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Taylor served as a legal intern to the San Diego County Office of the Public Defender, where she assisted with trials, preliminary hearings, and motion hearings. She also drafted motions and liaised directly with clients.
Taylor received her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and received pro bono recognition with high distinction. While in law school, she participated in several trial competitions and received numerous awards for her academic work. Taylor received her B.S. magna cum laude in business administration (marketing) from San Diego State University.
