Tingting has a deep understanding of, and extensive experience advising on, China’s fast evolving data regulatory regime.

Tingting also helps clients with regulatory compliance advisory matters, including TMT, AI, as well as labor and employment. Tingting further has experience of cross-border M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Tingting worked as an associate in a China joint operations office of a leading international law firm.
