Brendan Inman is an associate in the Real Estate Group of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office, where he represents lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Inman represents lenders and borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing, construction lending, and acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. He also represents lenders in making credit facilities to private equity funds and REITs, including subscription lines of credit and borrowing base facilities.
Mr. Inman earned his J.D. cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he served as articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law, worked as a teaching assistant for a contracts law professor, and conducted research for the American Law Institute Restatement Third of Employment Law. He received his B.A. in literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he graduated with departmental honors.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Inman was an English language teacher for the ECC Foreign Language Institute in Nagoya, Japan.
