Jennifer advises clients on a wide range of complex dispute resolution matters, including general commercial and corporate litigation, investigations and contentious regulatory matters, and financial services disputes. She has experience advising both domestic and international clients, including banks and multinational companies. Jennifer also has experience advising individuals both in relation to government and internal investigations and in the context of complex commercial and corporate disputes.

Jennifer received her LL.B. from King’s College London in 2012 and subsequently completed the Accelerated Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Holborn in 2013.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Jennifer completed three secondments to the legal departments of three major UK and multinational banks. Jennifer also successfully defended a leading UK bank against allegations of mis-selling in respect of an interest rate hedging product and gained significant experience in relation to investigations and civil litigation surrounding alleged benchmark manipulation.

Jennifer is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
