Julian Gebauer is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of our Corporate Department. He assists companies and investors with national and cross-border M&A transactions, and advises German and international clients on corporate and capital market law matters.

Julian Gebauer was admitted to the German bar in 2017. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in 2019, he practiced corporate law at an international law firm. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, Julian Gebauer worked for another leading German law firm, as well as for the German Federal Cartel Office.

Julian Gebauer graduated from Freie Universität Berlin and also studied law at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland).
