Now in its 3rd year, the 2021 Morrison & Foerster Patent Law Course is designed for students and post-docs with life sciences backgrounds interested in learning more about intellectual property (IP) law. MoFo’s Patent Law Course features a combination of lectures and interactive workshops, introducing students to IP law, with an emphasis on key life sciences patent issues, FDA regulatory compliance, and patent licensing. Each session will teach important elements of life science law through discussions of court cases and practical examples. Students will be introduced to the teaching style followed by U.S. law schools and the course is designed to familiarize students with life in a patent law firm.
