The Sedona Conference WG9 and WG10 Joint Annual Meeting 2021

The Sedona Conference WG9 and WG10 Joint Annual Meeting 2021 will be held online on Thursday, November 18 and Friday, November 19. The conference welcomes attendees to join our current WG9/10 drafting teams in leading a document-based dialogue to obtain member comment and advance draft commentaries toward publication for public comment on a variety of subjects.

G. Brian Busey, Senior Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group., will be speaking on the "Unique Problems and Opportunities Posed by Global Patent Litigation - Part II (Global Venue Selection & Cross-Border Discovery)" panel from 11:20-12:45 on November 19.
