Christine discussed recent trends in SEC enforcement actions in the Biden Administration, Chuck participated in a session focused on the complexities of protecting privilege in internal and government investigations, and Ron participated in a panel that discussed implications for mail and wire fraud prosecutions following the Supreme Court’s Kelly v. United States decision, which overturned convictions related to the Bridgegate Scandal.
