Morrison & Foerster partner Dave Lynn will speak on the panel “Global Capital Markets Perspectives in 2022,” to kick off PLI’s Global Capital Markets & the US Securities Laws 2022. The panel presentation will include updates from the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance, the state of capital markets in a global environment, the SEC's international regulatory agenda, areas of focus for issuers raising capital in global markets, and current trends in foreign offerings in the United States.

Dave Lynn will also serve as Co-chair of PLI’s annual conference, which brings together in-house attorneys, outside counsel, and other professionals involved in securities regulation and capital markets for a comprehensive discussion on topics such as:
