On February 23, Jessica Grant will speak at the “Survey Says, Experts Needed” session at 2:00 p.m. MST. This session will cover the latest learnings from key federal and state courts, insights on how to design processes and structure survey questions to avoid bias, and strategies for overcoming Daubert challenges with insights applicable regardless of product sector. 

On February 24, Claudia Vetesi will present at the “Novel, Specialty Foods and Plant-Based Legal Exposure” roundtable at 7:30 a.m. MST. The speakers on the panel will provide their expert perspectives and discuss new opportunities to reach consumers along with vetting of sourcing and processing for food safety issues, labeling considerations, marketing and advertising issues, with a patchwork of state and federal frameworks.
