2023 Tax Law Conference: Federal Bar Association

Morrison Foerster of counsel Edward L. Froelich presented at the 2023 Federal Bar Association Tax Law Conference on a panel titled “Challenging” Times: The State of APA Litigation in Tax Cases.” Panelists reviewed the basics of the Administrative Procedure Act (“APA”), identified the kinds of Treasury and IRS actions which are subject to APA challenge, and the types of procedurals challenges which can be brought.
