Stacy Amin, chair of the FDA + Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Group, and Brigid Bondoc, partner in the FDA + Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Group, will be speaking at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Introduction to Food Law and Regulation course on March 21, 2023, during the session titled Food Derived from Biotechnology – the USDA/FDA Conundrum.
The program will explore the essentials of food laws and regulations and offer a comprehensive understanding of the various administrative agencies that impact the food industry. Participants will learn about pending regulations, food safety, food labeling, enforcement, and related issues.
