NFLR Summer Series: The Intersection Between FDA and Other Government Agencies

On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, Morrison Foerster is hosting the Food and Drug Law Institute’s New to FDA Law and Regulation (NFLR) Summer Series event, “The Intersection Between FDA and Other Government Agencies.” Stacy Amin, Partner and Chair of the FDA + Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Group will be a panelist discussing how FDA collaborates and intersects with other government agencies such as USDA, FTC, DOJ, and EPA to enforce laws and regulations related to food, drugs, dietary supplements, tobacco, and medical devices to ensure they are safe. The panel will be followed by a networking reception with NFLR members.
