Lisa Phelan, co-chair of Morrison Foerster's Global Antitrust Law Group, will be joining a group of distinguished speakers in Tokyo for the ABA’s Global Seminar Series. Hosted at the Tekko Executive Lounge & Conference Rooms, the program will focus on cutting edge issues regarding the role of artificial intelligence and big data in competition law and policy. Along with engaging sessions, participants will hear from a senior JFTC official on key enforcement developments.
