As part of our celebration of Pride Month, MoFo is collaborating with AmCham Hong Kong to host an engaging and insightful panel discussion on LGBTQ court cases in Hong Kong, followed by a networking drinks reception, on June 13, 2024.
Moderated by MoFo Dispute Resolution associate Andrea Cheung, the panel including LGBTQ advocates Mike Kung (Executive Director, Senior Counsel and Senior Compliance Officer of Goldman Sachs), Lisa Lam (Head of External Affairs (Volunteer) at Alongside Limited), Marc Rubinstein (Managing Director & Group General Counsel of APL Group), Henry Tse (Founder & Executive Director of Transgender Equality Hong Kong), and Jerome Yau (Co-Founder of Hong Kong Marriage Equality), will discuss topics such as:
