Penn Carey Law Antitrust Association’s Annual Symposium
Mike Miller, a partner in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Antitrust Group, presented at the Penn Carey Law Antitrust Association’s Annual Symposium, held at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia on April 18, 2025. The Symposium, titled “Silicon Valley and The Sherman Act: Monopolization and Information Sharing in the Age of AI,” brought together leading academics and practitioners to discuss the implications of advancements in artificial intelligence and technology for antitrust law.
Mike served as a speaker on the “International Monopolization” panel, where he joined other participants in examining the increasing influence of global tech giants, the complexities of cross-border information sharing, and the evolving challenges that artificial intelligence poses to traditional antitrust frameworks.
