Morrison Foerster partner Megan Gerking, a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Law practice, will speak at the CBA Competition Law Fall Conference, hosted by the Canadian Bar Association in Ottawa, Ontario, on November 20–21, 2025. Megan will participate in the panel discussion, “Round Up the Usual Suspects: Criminal Matters Developments,” which will explore recent trends and challenges in criminal enforcement. The session will consider evolving approaches to immunity and leniency programs, cross-border enforcement activity, and emerging issues such as bid-rigging and wage-fixing investigations.
This year’s conference, themed “Turbulence, Transformation, and Trade Wars – Canadian Competition/Foreign Investment Review Law 2.0 One Year In,” will bring together leading competition law practitioners, regulators, and academics to discuss key developments shaping the enforcement and policy landscape in Canada and beyond.
