On February 5th, 2026, Adi Kamdar will be presenting at the ABA Annual Conference of the Forum on Communication Law. There, he will help moderate a forum for in-house counsel on "The Practicalities of Generative AI in Our Workplaces." The discussion will include advice and cautionary tales about the use of generative AI in the workplace, including how to generate effective policies, mitigate risks, and stay in compliance with the law.
The 2026 Annual Conference will convene leading practitioners for a comprehensive analysis of the key legal challenges confronting communications, entertainment, technology, and media law. The program will feature plenary sessions alongside specialized workshops examining issues such as libel and privacy, access and newsgathering, anti-SLAPP protections, artificial intelligence, social media and advertising, reporters’ privilege, and other developments shaping the field. A newly updated media advocacy workshop will debut this year, offering practical skills training delivered by veteran litigators and in-house counsel, as well as small-group sessions focused on career development.
