Andrew Turnbull, partner at Morrison Foerster, will speak at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee Midwinter Meeting and National Symposium on Technology in Labor and Employment Law, taking place March 10–13, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Andrew will serve as a panelist on the panel “Algorithms as Exhibit A: Discoverability of AI Evidence in Workplace Disputes,” taking place from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. on March 11, alongside Courtney Mickman (Shareholder, Alan Lescht and Associates, P.C.) and Katy Dunn (Associate General Counsel, SEIU). The panel will be moderated by Savanna Shuntich (Special Counsel, Wiley Rein).
The session will explore how artificial intelligence is shaping employment litigation, including the discoverability of AI-related materials in workplace disputes. Speakers will address evolving legal considerations, including privilege, recordkeeping obligations, and the application of traditional discovery principles to AI-related evidence.
