Cooper Spinelli, partner at Morrison Foerster, will speak at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee Midwinter Meeting and National Symposium on Technology in Labor and Employment Law, taking place March 10‒13, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee. This session will address the current landscape of restrictive covenant law following the demise of the Federal Trade Commission’s Non-Compete Ban, including key state law developments. Panelists will walk through hypothetical scenarios illustrating the practical considerations involved in advising clients on employee mobility matters across the country.
