Tammy will moderate “Track A | Leveraged Deal Structures and Terms: Discipline, Innovation, and Market Pressure.” The session, scheduled for April 16 from 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. CDT, will examine where covenant protections and credit documentation are holding steady versus eroding, as well as current pricing and leverage benchmarks across upper and lower middle market deals. It will also assess sponsor influence on terms, highlight emerging structuring innovations such as hybrid and mezzanine solutions, and compare U.S. deal terms with those in Europe and Asia.

Now in its fifth year, the event will feature timely programming for direct lending funds, BDCs, and their bank funding partners. Sessions will cover fundraising strategies, financing structures, including NAV facilities, warehouse and subscription lines, CFOs, and key regulatory developments.
