Lisa Phelan Selected as Faculty for ABA's 2026 Antitrust International Cartel Workshop

Morrison Foerster partner Lisa Phelan has been selected as faculty for the ABA’s 2026 Antitrust International Cartel Workshop, taking place June 10–12 in Vienna, Austria.

Lisa will join the panel “Raiders on Every Front,” focused on the growing use of dawn raids and coordinated cartel investigations across jurisdictions, as well as practical considerations for responding when investigations arise.

Presented in collaboration with the International Bar Association, the Workshop convenes antitrust practitioners and enforcers from around the world to examine evolving enforcement priorities, cross-border investigative developments, and other issues shaping global cartel enforcement.

Lisa’s selection as faculty reflects Morrison Foerster’s continued leadership in high-stakes cartel investigations, cross-border investigations, and complex antitrust litigation.
