David Newman, former Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for National Security at the U.S. Department of Justice and a leader of Morrison Foerster's National Security and Crisis Management practices, will speak at the American Conference Institute's Forum on Cartels, TCOs & Compliance in Latin America, taking place July 20–21, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
